Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru Ep. 4

Impressions:
I laughed so hard at this episode. It was a great episode overall. For some reason I love rainy episodes like this. The whole ghost story premise was nice and cute. Though I must say I wasn’t really expecting a real ghost to appear in the actual episode! Also, I loved the bits of comedy where Mizuho woke up with two girls at…err…her side, only to have Mariya discover them in the morning and completely freak out. On another note, I think that the onee-sama from the past could be (and most likely is) Mizuho’s mother. Can’t wait to see more.

Finals are over so now I’m free to entries without restriction!
Impressions:
Much of this episode was about Mizuho being nominated to become Elder. I felt a bit “Oh God” a lot during this entire episode, though not in a bad way. It’s just because of the way the girls were acting that made me laugh (some times in embarrassment), especially those that began to add ‘-sama’ at the end of Mizuho’s name so quickly. Overall, I enjoyed it a lot and I’m glad that Mizuho became the Elder. Not taking away anything from the Student Council President but the deal was clinched when Mizuho carried off Shion after collapsing. That was so awesome!

What can I say? I love this show. Here we have Mizuho, a guy dressing as a girl and attending an all-girl school. What’s there not to like? And also, I can’t help but look back Strawberry Panic when I watch this. The only differences between the two are that OtoBoku is psuedo-yuri and the other being Mizuho is a trap. And a GOOD one at that. Also I must say, the super-deformed designs are absolutely ridiculous.
