oh gawd Matsurika smiling.. fapfapfap. Like Kanako, I will keep this image in the album of my heart. But seriously, it’s nice to see that the helpful Matsurika got more involved in this episode. From trying to help Kanako study (she’s at a rebellious age, you know) to helping Kiri reject her stalker. She usually just insults Kanako in the background so seeing her be more proactive was a delight. And there was the revelation that she’s actually a student of Ame no Kisaki! One of my wishes for this show is now to see Matsurika in a student uniform.

She always gets my attention whenever she takes action so I would really love to see more of her. Especially since Kanako’s other friends can be boring at times. Sachi’s the only one out of the three that doesn’t bother me. And I kinda didn’t give a shit about Kiri’s love issue till Matsurika and Mariya showed up.

Well we got two more to go. Yup, it’s slated for just twelve episodes. I would have liked to seen more coherent episodes like an arc. This season consisted of mostly stand alones and while funny, I would have preferred more development in terms of where this is all going. I’m not sure how far ahead the manga is but I’ve been hearing interesting spoilers things. They could do something with the last two I suppose.

Also I want to mention how I’ve been loving the ED sequence recently. I know my initial impressions of it weren’t too good and I’m glad I’ve taken a liking to it. Definitely one of my favorites this season.
