The unsung hero, Soldier A.
Sayonara, Soldier A. You looked plain and didn’t stand out, your total screentime was less than 5 minutes, yet despite all of that you bacame the most GAR character in the show so far. I salute you, solider. Job well done. But seriously, this guy was fucking badass. Taking on the ASPs which just a rifle and an ongoro. I was hoping Kujireika would have gone in there sooner and saved him. His manly death will not be forgotten.
So we got 6 episodes left and I can actually see this all coming to close. Akiyuki and Haru are reunited and they’re already at the chamber thing. So all Akiyuki has to do is kick some ass and defeat the Hiruken Emperor. And the many other remaining subplots can probably be concluded as well. I just I hope I won’t be going “That’s it?” at the end.
Also I’m starting to feel my “Furuichi is not dead” theory getting weak. We’re almost at the finish line and there’s really no need for him to come back at this point. It would have been pretty epic if he did come back and fought along side Akiyuki in Xam’d mode. Then of course he would sacrifice himself in some way and manly tears would be shed. But they probably won’t go into that route.
