The series takes that long awaited step forward.
Oh wow, is stuff actually going to happen now? Haru took the lead and decided to follow Akiyuki, Nakiami’s sister declaring war, and Ishu finally decided to step up to the frontlines. The series so far has been lacking in the action department quite a bit, which is disappointing not because it brings a slow pace, but also because this is a BONES series. I’m expecting epic action scenes in the finale when all the factions collide.
Haru gets a wardrobe change in the next episode. Doesn’t really suit her IMO, but it’s better than the military uniform she’s been wearing for so long. Also I just realized Akiyuki’s still wearing his school uniform from the first episode lol. Speaking of clothes, I’ve been waiting so long for Nakiami to take off her sweater. She has a really great body as seen in the pics, but it’s covered by that sweater she wears a lot. I would’ve been all over that if I was Yango. I hope the Elevens are working on those Xam’d doujins as I speak.

I’m happy that the plot is finally progressing however this has been a slow show in the second half which is kinda surprising. Alot of these episodes seem like build up for one or two episodes of action. I think this show would be better served by making it 50 eps. That way they can explore the world more and the different factions instead of what seems to be a rushed few final episodes with all the factions colliding.
looks like its an akiyuki x haru ending. Though the window is still open for an aki x nakiami. Elevens? lol!
