[ Episode 8: Courageous Fight ]

I have to admit I got teary while watching. The manliness in this episode rivals that of the climax of Sunohara’s arc, which is pretty hard to do. Tomoya, and let’s not forget his seiyuu Nakamura Yuuichi, gave great performances. I could really feel the intensity and anger when Tomoya shouted “BAKAYARO!” Such a good scene. His best in the series so far IMO.

Moving on to Yukine, I didn’t think she was such an extreme pacifist. To go that far to stop the fight… she’s won my admiration. Taking that punch head-on was really impressive. Great determination there which I love.

Next episode deals with Tomoya and his troubles with his future, etc. I was expecting Kappei to be up next. I wonder if this will be a stand alone or an actually arc. Looks rather depressing to be honest, but I’m up for anything after three great arcs.
