Jesus, the ED really jumped at me this week. The mood was pretty dramatic with Shima crying and Misae leaving, then all of a sudden, Nagisa comes in and starts marching to the upbeat “TORCH”. I’m expecting a lot more episodes ending with a serious tone and the song definitely breaks the mood up so I’m hoping there’s an ED change with something more slower at least.

As I expected they made a few changes from what I’ve played in the visual novel like no Tomoya sneaking in Misae’s room and hiding under her bed which was a pity since those scenes were funny. Also pretty weird way to start a flashback. I was expecting Misae to start reminiscing about her high school days, but then the cat started hypnotizing Tomoya or something. lol honestly, idk wtf happened

Anyways, it’s really fun seeing Misae in her younger days. I’ve been getting a lot of Chidori (Full Metal Panic!) vibes from her in this episode, and having the same seiyuu has something to do with that.
