With each episode I’m starting to love Hime more and more. Daily broadcastings of the town song she created herself sounds like a good use of her power to me. Now that’s something I wouldn’t mind waking up to. Also her ideal onigiri made me lol, I didn’t expect her to be a noodle fanatic. xD
Just as I was hoping last week, this week’s episode delved a bit into the plot with the revelation of who Gin is and Enjin opening the barrier. Though as exciting as the ending was, unfortunately next week’s looks void of anything plot related. There is a shot of another cat eared guy who I’m guessing is Nanami, probably Ao’s brother or something. Still, I can’t say I’m looking forward to it that much.
I still can’t go over the hot, dual sword wielding nun. Especially after she just tore through that car. The show definitely needs more of her. And maybe it’s because I’m a fan of characters who use swords or hand-to-hand for combat. To me, those are the most interesting styles of fighting. Oh yeah, I have to comment on how Enjin easily teleported after her appearance. I hate when villains do that and it’s like a basic skill that a lot of them have: randomly having the power to teleport away. Writers should be more creative than that.

I don’t see what Gin was trying to do in this episode. They got through the barrier and basically ran around for a bit before escaping.
I think they should give up on trying to create a badguy, and go the “Youkai of the week” route. Like Kekkashi or Oinari-sama.
I think Gin was testing how weak the barrier had gotten since he chipped one of the trees a bit.
