Well, she might not know the circumstances exactly, and the results should speak for themselves. Rather than looking at her as one to provide answers, consider her own mentality and character. She's as enigmatic as anything or anyone else in the show, and I'm looking forward to learning more about her.

I'm getting a retainer/loyal follower vibe from her, and she has a fairly morbid sense of humor considering the way she wore that corpse in the first episode. She's very emotional, yet she's not crazy or irrational. I could very well understand her apparent stalking of Casshern as her trying to find purpose with her own life. Killing him is meaningless, but it may be all she has.

Obviously she told him...more than once. What I'm referring to is exactly what he did. "You killed Luna." and "You caused the ruin." isn't enough.

You can tell me for days on end that I'm responsible for something I don't remember but if you don't give specific descriptions or clues then its pointless.

She did tell him what he did. She probably doesn't know why he did it. And she believes the world is already dead. There's really no reason to kill him if she couldn't get any personal satisfaction out of it considering.
