It's funny how so many important or notable events are happening all within the span of a few days. XD Like what may have been the beginning of Aizen's ambitions, his first encounter with Gin, Kaien being asked to become a Vice Captain, Urahara becoming a Captain and beginning his little research center with Mayuri immediately being set up as his successor, and that's just to name a few.
