Funny how I got into this. Actually, I wasn’t aware or forgot that the entry Leon made was Doubt too, also funny (Good thing I didn’t read it yet). It was by chance I decided to go through my bookmarks. One of them being an image board with this image posted. I thought the character designs were remarkable (I actually saw some of his Higurashi illustrations before) so I wanted to see what the manga was about. Little did I know after looking this us, it wasn’t what I expected…

In essence, the entire plot screams Saw. Now I’m not big on the Saw movies. In fact, I think it’s quite grotesque and Jigsaw is nothing but an emotard. This volume pretty much has the same sequence as the first two Saw films I’ve seen; people getting knocked out, people ending up trapped in some building with heavy-duty barriers; finding out who’s really a traitor; why the F are we in here, some sort of code marked on their bodies, blah blah blah. The thing is I’m actually more interested in this because we don’t the reason for this Rabbit Doubt game and I think there’s a more intricate setup in all of this. After reading some chapters, I got hooked instantly and now I can’t wait each week for another chapter. On a personal level, I don’t think much people would enjoy this kind of story but those that do love a genre like this, check out some chapters and decide if you like it or not.
