Gundam 00 ep. 20

[ Episode 20: The Blades of Change ]

Okay. If anyone is starting to weird me out, it is Wang Liu Mei. What is her deal exactly? She claims that she follows the ideals of CB’s creator and doesn’t lean toward either the main CB or the Trinity Gundams. Yet, she is willing to lend her support to the Trinity Gundam Meisters because they brought about the current change in the world (that is, uniting to fight against CB). Why exactly does she hate the world so much? Does it have something to do with her family or friends? Or is it something else? I’m guessing that won’t be explored until the second season later this year but we could get a tiny glimpse before the first season ends.
It’s great that all three world factions now have GN Drives. Now we’ll be seeing battles that are dependent upon skill rather than technology which we got a glimpse of in this episode. The Trinity siblings were pushed back quite effectively but I’d rather see a 3-on-3 fight rather than a 10-on-3 fight where the odds of winning are closer to zero than one can calculate. Kinue seems to have been fatally wounded by the cruel douchebag Ali. I’m guessing her status will be known in the next episode. Lastly, I would have never thought that Veda was located on the Moon. I can only wonder what plans Alejandro and his ‘angel’ have up their sleeves though…

Was Veda on the moon? I thought it was somewhere else xDD But I’m glad I’m not the only one that was getting weird vibes from Liu Mei. I’m sure she has her reasons, but hey, she’s not the only one whose life has been messed up, so it’s no excuse.
I had the same vibes about Liu Mei, but she’s doing what she’s supposed to do in order to reach the goal. She was portrayed more like a crazy bitch than a determined person.
Her thoughts about the world is rotten just shows her own reason to be part of CB.
Anyway, I support her because she’s still trying to fulfill CB’s objective.
I haven’t seen anything wrong with Liu Mei’s actions and will not switch side until she orders the eradication of the human race. XD
Well, I can’t say anything about her actions being right or wrong since Wang Liu Mei hasn’t exactly done anything aside from letting Sumeragi and the others stay at her place during that so-called military exercise a few episodes ago.
What she says, however, is something I can’t quite wrap my head around at the moment. Basically she’s saying that she doesn’t care what happens to the world as long as CB’s goal is attained…which includes the murder of innocent people like what Nena did. I don’t think something as careless as that should be said regardless of how the world’s condition is at present. Though, like I said earlier, I’d like to know why she would say such things since there must be some tragic reason.
