[ Episode 7: Hotaru ]

Wait, wait. So “Hinata” is actually Hotaru? So logically that means she was the younger sister and that “Hotaru” is Hinata and the older sister. This also reveals that, although it has been obvious for a while, that Otoha is Hinata, especially after seeing the story that Hotaru drew in her sketchbook. Ok that much makes sense but I don’t get what those old jackasses mean by having Hotaru use Hinata’s name. Is it some sort of successor thing? Blah, whatever. I just wish someone would stomp that old man into the ground. I could care less if he’s old. Though now that I understand what Hotaru has been through I take back the things I said about her previously because she really had it hard with losing her older sister and then being forced to live as her to protect the family “honour”.

Other than that it’s pretty funny how nearly everyone is buddy-buddy with Hayami now. Not too long ago they were all pretty much in hate-hate-hate mode but now they’re asking Hayami for help with things and laughing together. Though I guess it’s all for the best since the hate was senseless and stupid to begin with.

I’m wondering now though, what’s next for H2O? There’s the issue of Takuma’s sight, Hinata/Otoha is still around, and something might arise from that old jackass not liking that Hotaru finally revealed her true name to her friends. Well, I’m interested to see what happens next especially since I’m liking H2O more than I did in one or two of the previous episodes. Lastly, that magical girl next episode preview was hilarious LOL.
