[ Episode 5: Busybody Guys are but Fools ]

Bad Shin is bad. You didn’t have to lie to Noe about having dance practice. It’s moves like that which makes you a liar! Anyway, Noe is definitely drifting closer to Shin in her own way. Wanting to eat lunch with him and walk home with him…I’m not sure about her intentions as yet but they at least prove she wants to get closer to him. Jun seems eager to help the two get together as well since he came back this episode to get Shin’s answer in regards to dating Noe. I’m not sure about that move Shin pulled about him agreeing to go out with her only if he went out with Hiromi though. That can backfire really bad.

Though, I guess you can say it already has. Hiromi’s mood changed quite fast when he went into her room to tell her about Jun. I’m pretty sure when that happens to a girl it’s best to just leave the room/area. I liked how they repeated that scene from both of their points of view as well. Though Hiromi’s quick-to-get-pissed reaction still had me thinking ‘Get the hell out of there Shin!’.

I’m not sure what to say about Ai at the moment. It’s more than obvious that she likes Shin but her reaction to Nobuse showing up at the end and then telling Shin not to open the door was quite surprising to me. Her feelings are probably a bit of a mess right seeing as she knows she is with Nobuse but just can’t let go of her feelings, which most likely existed before their relationship, for Shin. I’m guessing though that she won’t end up with Shin in the end. Unless of course a Asa-ending is pulled (SHUFFLE fans know what I mean by that).

Also it seems like we’re getting more on the deal with Shin’s mother and Hiromi’s mother. Her face was cut out of those old photos which led me to thinking…why does she dislike this woman to go that far? Was there an affair or something between her husband and Hiromi’s mother…? I want more answers!
