H2O ~FOOTPRINTS IN THE SAND~

I once was blind but now I see…

So yeah, I was going to open with a smack on the “ROCK YOUR SOUL” bit but that’s probably been done a few too many times already. So, I’ll get right to the point here. Takuma is a blind guy that attends a normal school and is already getting popular among the girls. A girl, Kohinata Hayami, getting the hell beat out of her by some worthless scum. Another girl, Yui, who commands said worthless scum. Definitely doesn’t sound your like normal romance/harem series, yeah?

The animation isn’t the greatest of the season, that’s for sure, and the character designs aren’t the best either. Still, they are unique. Most of the first episode revolves around the guy getting into some rather funny/silly fanservice situations which include boob-groping and panties/crotch in the face. Overall though, the first episode sets everything up nicely.

Again I have to say that only worthless pieces of shit treat women the way those two no-name bastards did in this episode. They’re even more pathetic given that they have a little girl controlling them. There’s also the question of Otoha’s presence. She claims that she is the spirit of the sounds of time and calls Takuma the “Promised One”. I’m interested to see where all of this goes, especially now that he can see thanks to Otoha and her powers. Then there’s the issue with Hayami and why she’s treated so badly. Of course there has to be something that she did or was accused of. Hinata also seems to be involved in some way so it’ll be interesting to see what that is exactly and why she and her grandfather call Takuma “Hirose-sama”.

As for if I’m blogging this, that is currently undecided. I have to say though that H2O has me intrigued and left me wanting to see more. :)

yeah i agree about the girl-bashing and not your average harem part, and im actually starting to think about blogging this show, as ive realised there arent many other shows im likely to blog. i still have high hopes for ookami to koushinryou, and i may or may not blog aria (since its hard to blog, being highly episodic and all)

    You should blog it!

I feel the same in terms of blogging as well. I have about a handful of shows that I want to blog including the possibility of this one joining the ranks.
