At least it says just that you will change sides for Miyako at Ep. 7 and that the ChihiroxRenji part will be the most interesting. That have not been spoilers in my thoughts, sorry. Even if you are now on the side of Kei, this will change at Episode 7. The Renji and Chihiro story will be the most interesting and best part but in the same way really disturbing... You should keep watching, 'cause it's the best Anime you can see atm. In my opinion even the best which has been made till now. I already watched up to Ep. 7 and I can tel you this is no Anime this is ART! Even if you are now on the side of Kei, this will change at Episode 7.
