NARUTO: Shippuuden ep. 35
[ Episode 35: Unwanted Addition ]
Pretty much a preparatory episode. The biggest thing we found out in this episode was that Naruto has the ability to go up to four-tails when it comes to him leaking out the Kyuubi’s chakra. Furthermore, he dealt a pretty nasty wound to Jiraiya during their training. It amazes to this day that he managed to live. He must’ve had some serious medicine with him or there was a medic-nin close by.
Ah yes, I still laugh every time Naruto mentions that they’re going to “save” Sasuke. At this point, it’s not a rescue mission but a capture mission. It’s blatantly obvious that he left and has been gone for all these years on his own free will. Surely, Naruto, you can’t be that blind. >_>
Just like I expected the episode ends with Naruto, Sakura, Yamato, and pain-in-the-ass Sai setting off on the mission. Well, at least the next episode (which airs on the 29th) is a one-hour special.

If it wasn’t for the highly brilliant animation and art, this episode would’ve been almost too bland for me.
Yeah.
Really amazing animation.
Interesting how they used the great animation on a non-action episode.
Haha,
Naru’s too in love to accept that Sasuke had betrayed them all. Sasuke was messed up back then, though. Maybe Naruto’s thinking Orochimaru messed with his mind, along with the curse, and convinced him to leave. So, although Sasu left on his own will, it wasn’t ‘really’ what he wanted.Yes, I’m looking foward to the one hour special! I’m surprised it actually airs next week, and not taking a week off xP
I’m sick of this crap get to the good parts I swear to freakin God that most of these epeisode are just them talking
