Myself; Yourself ep. 2

[ Episode 2: The Important Melody ]
A little more tsun-tsun from Nanaka with a dash of dere-dere. ^__^

This episode has further pushed this series up on my favorites list of the fall season. All of the characters are so endearing that I enjoy watching them interact with each other even over silly things. It’s good to see that Nanaka is already softening up to Sana after what happened in the previous episode. All thanks to him remembering the song she played five years ago and playing it so beautifully on the piano. However, with this episode enters Asami who is undoubtedly a challenger to Nanaka for Sana. It makes me wonder though if she hadn’t shown up, would Nanaka have approached Sana and possibly made up a little? Whatever the case, the entire scene was wonderfully done especially after the song was finished and a gust of wind blew sakura petals into the room.
Next week is going to be the water/trip/swimsuit episode. I always tend to like those kind of episodes since it takes the characters out of the school setting and places them in situations that they wouldn’t normally encounter. I’m intrigued at whether Sana and Nanaka will grow a little closer while on the trip though I wonder if Asami will also find her way there as well? Perhaps will get a tiny bit more info on Sana’s family issues and why Nanaka has changed so much in the past five years.
