[ Episode 28: The Resurrected Beasts ]
This best part of this episode was when Tenten used her jutsu from the Narutimate Accel game: Souryuu Tensaka (Double Dragon Scattering Destruction). Other than that this episode was quite boring. I knew long ago that they would use these fights as filler but I didn’t know it would stretch this long. Lee’s “revelation” was one of the dumbest things I’ve heard today as well. I think becoming stronger than your opponent is something pretty obvious…. Anyway, if you’re a Tenten fan and have a lot of patience you’ll enjoy this episode solely because of her. Otherwise, you’ll probably be groaning throughout.

Well after actually seeing this episode I quite like it. It was mainly focused around Team Gai which is a good thing. Animation was slightly choppy but overall decent to watch. I’m real glad Tenten got to show off that awesome move of hers.
Next episodes will be worth it but I can’t stand another week with nothing. This fight dragged out as much as DBZ fights.
I just realized Pierrot added Tenten in the ED scenes now, though it’s kinda hard to notice.
i agree. this was one of the dumbest episodes of naruto so far. i don’t understand why they continue with “filling” in the episodes with such nonsense and focusing on better quality animation.
The more they drag it out the less they have to come up with filler sagas that will last a year and a half. At least, that’s what I assume from Pierrot. Though I felt this was dragged out a bit too long, much longer than Sandaime with Kusanagi stabbed through him for like a bajillion episodes.
Well at least it’s almost the end of the arc!
