[ Episode 1: The Vice-Director doesn’t talk about the possibility of him being the lead character ]

Dear lord. There’s so many characters in this show that it’s almost bursting at the seams! While watching the episode it felt like it was going on for almost an hour or so and I really didn’t want it to end. From what has been presented so far, trying to make sense of it with the information given in this episode would be an impossible task. I can say that I love the concept of “immortals” that has been introduced with most of the main characters so far. So for now I’ll cover all the characters that appeared so far and to help me I’ll use the order in which they appeared in the OP.

Isaac Dian: This guy seems to be a goof by nature. In this episode he got grazed on his ear by a bullet and the damn thing healed later on. If you think that’s nuts then wait until you hear about some of the other characters.

Miria Harvent: She’s Isaac’s partner and seems to be just as goofy as he is. Not much was shown about her character in the episode.

Firo Prochainezo: He showed perfect examples of being an immortal. We got to see his fingers get cut clean off and then heal perfectly. Then he gets shot multiple times only to get back up and kick ass. He’s definitely one of the cooler characters in this show.

Maiza Avaro: Not much was shown involving him but he is friendly with Firo.

Keith Gandor: Nothing important about him as yet but he seems to be of high status in the Gandor family (read: Mafia boss).

Berga Gandor: The second Gandor sibling. If Keith’s the boss then I suppose he’ll be second-in-command.

Luck Gandor: The third Gandor sibling and the one who seems to be second-in-command. When I first saw the guy I swear I thought he was Aizen from BLEACH. It’s great to hear Koyasu Takehito as his seiyuu as well.

Szilard Quates: No idea who he could be as yet. Looks like a rich guy though.

Ennis: Not much is revealed about her yet but she is friendly with both Firo and Maizo.

Lua Klein: A rather shy and quiet woman. She’s a newlywed.

Ladd Russo: Lua’s new husband. I don’t know what’s up with this guy but he seems totally insane. It seems like he has an obsession with killing and was also missing his entire left arm (that looked quite nasty >.<).

Chane Laforet: Definitely my type of woman. She's not shown that much until the very end of the episode where she's seen floating in a river. However, I have seen her in the trailer blocking bullets with her knife. That alone was enough to make me heart flutter for her.

Nice Holystone: Jacuzzi's partner in crime and wears an eyepatch. Now that's badass.

Jacuzzi Splot: A guy who looks totally miserable all the time and has an odd marking on the left side of his face.

Eve Genoard: A girl who is looking and wondering about the whereabouts of her brother: Dallas.

Dallas Genoard: This guy is apparently on the run after his father and little brother are killed. He seems to be quite important.

Czeslaw Sawyer: He was shot in the head by Ladd and later on was healed.

Lastly there's Carole and the man who seems to be her boss or something called the Vice-director. Apparently this story is being told through them and it seems as if they've met or at least seen most of the characters.

Good lord. That's not even the end of the characters introduced! There were some within the episode itself and more seen in the ED sequence. One that caught my eye was a blond woman with a spear that seemed to cut Isaacs ear. I don't know when this scene takes place but I spotted Chane and Ennis in the background along with Jacuzzi and Nice. Whatever the final number of characters may be it looks like we're in for one hell of an awesome story ahead. I can't wait to get more of this show!
