[ Episode 17: Assault Within the Storm ]

I enjoyed this episode a great deal. I think it has a lot to do with the school setting (like I mentioned in the previous episode entry) as well as the feeling of panic. An alien is running rampant throughout the school and attacking the students who don’t have any effective means of incapacitating it. The only person who can do something is Junki but he runs the risk of exposing his identity as Reideen’s pilot. All of that had me on edge. Surprisingly though, most of the time Akira didn’t look too concerned. I really want to know what her deal is and soon.

The next episode preview is rather interesting as well. Hoshikawa seems to be leaving the group. I wonder what made her come to such a decision? =/
