Best. Non-canon episode. Ever.

I can’t remember the last time I laughed so much while watching a Bleach episode. The animation was quite good actually but it really did use a lot of uh…different styles. The distorted faces were golden, especially Ikkaku’s, Urahara’s and Shirou’s. Keigo’s sister was also one of the high points of the episode. She’s pretty frightening when she’s pissed off. Ikkaku getting the spotlight was great and personally I think this has been the best filler episode to date if only because of the hilarity. Next week though continues the filler-trend with Yumichika getting an episode of his own (featuring Hanatarou and the tech guy from SS).
