[ Episode 14: Wait a Moment; I Have to Go to the Party. Make It Fast. ]

Katsura is sooooo hilarious.

I have to give it to the production team. They managed to stretch one chapter into an entire episode. Unlike certain other series where I feel the stretching I didn’t once thought “Oh my god how long do they plan on going on with this one chapter” while watching this episode. I enjoyed seeing everyone in their roles, especially Maria, Katsura, and Hinagiku. They were all just wonderful in this episode. Katsura going absolutely nuts in trying not to die from delivering her bad news to Hayate and Hinagiku showing her cute blush as well as her unrivaled murderous intent. Maria was lovely throughout and Tanaka Rie clinched the scene that I was waiting to see at the end. Now I can’t wait for the next episode as something hilarious happened in the manga that I always manage to laugh my ass off at. I hope it translates well into next week’s episode.

I also didn’t expect a new ED this week. Anyways, I like it and the sequences are pretty nice as well. After all, who is going to complain about the summer theme? That means swimsuits. Swimsuits on Maria and Hinagiku. ^__^
