Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou ep. 14 [END]

[Night 14: The Dark Law Chapter - Falling Star]
Second season incoming!
On another note though, this episode was kinda bright….

This was an interesting way to end the first season. The first half of the episode basically showed everyone in cool-down mode. Basically relaxing around school and thinking about stuff like exams and their future career paths. We even get to see Tatsuma’s parents. Of course, as with most parent meetings, he manages to get embarrassed. Like when he gets called by the name his mother uses: Hii-chan. I have to wonder if he likes Aoi though. His mother did say that he always described Aoi as a beautiful young lady in all of the letters he sent them. Will TatsumaxAoi happen in the second season? :O
Also, we see the girl that Aoi saved earlier in the series (in episode 9). I wonder if she’ll be important in the second season? There’s also a strange new character who is in a wheelchair. No idea who he is though. So yet again the second season is going to be an interesting one.

The second half of the episode picks up on familiar ground. Everyone is called in to be shown that Tendou’s hand is still in good condition is probably contains a huge amount of Dark Law energy within it. We get an explanation on Aoi’s healing powers as well. Surprising, Tendou returns. Or so we think. Rather, it’s his body transformed into a very freaking hideous demon as a result of some strong Dark Law being used on him. However, he’s not trying to kill them. Rather, it seems like he wanted our heroes to kill him. This is further proven when we see his child self reuniting with his mother he loved so dearly. Our heroes know now that the battle is far from over and that they will probably be fighting until the day of their deaths. Until then, we’ll have to wait for the second part of the story in July.
Even our little cutie Toono informs us that the story doesn’t end here! SECOND SEASON GET on July 27th 2007!

This series reminded me of Shin Megami Tensei but not as good.
Yeah. TMGK shares a few things with Shin Megami Tensei I think. Shinsen mentioned the game a few times in some of the episode notes.
