Kita ze Inbou! - キタぜ陰謀!

Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou ep. 12

[Night 12: The Dark Law Chapter - Kodzune's Revival]

With this episode, things are being set-up for the last two episodes. I’m sure to expect a lot of action and maybe a few mysteries thrown in for thought until the second season.

And so, everyone now knows about Aoi and that she is the Bodhisattva Eye. They also know that Kisaragi is the one charged with killing her so that the Bodhisattva Eye doesn’t destroy the world. Of course, not everyone takes this news well. Especially Komaki who takes out some of her frustrations on Kisaragi. We also find out more about the Kodzune family. We learn that they weren’t the ones who started this entire conflict in the first place but rather it was the Shogunate who wanted to take away a female member of their family who possessed the Bodhisattva Eye. The family fought back but eventually lost which led to many of the family members killing themselves. This would explain why Kodzune’s mother hanged herself in the flashbacks we’ve been seeing.

Now that the revival has begun our heroes are on their way to save Aoi and to stop Kodzune Tendou from achieving his goals. Tatsuma has expressed that he wants to save Tendou’s soul because of the sadness he felt when Tendou tried to look into his heart in the previous episode. Raito, of course, wants to kill Tendou but Tatsuma says that he won’t let him. Reiji is now awake and is also accompanying our heroes on their final battle of the season. The Oribe sisters are also with them as well as Takami. Hopefully, the showdown is as awesome as it’s being built up to be!

The screenshots make this show look painful. For the characters I mean. What would you compare this show to from what I may have seen from some point?

It’s hard for me to compare this show to anything at the moment. It’s different from almost anything I’ve seen in all the years I’ve been watching anime.
