[ Episode 13: Those Who Seize the Summer Seize the Application Process ]

I wish I could seize the summer. =/

Hayate studying English from Moe-tan was too damn funny. The phrases I’ve seen from Moe-tan are absolutely hilarious and I could only imagine Hayate just saying those silly phrases. The flashbacks in this episode certainly weren’t needed and I hope that it doesn’t become a habit.

The references were not many from what I noticed they include MAR, Star Wars, Super Robot Wars, and Revolutionary Girl Utena. Other than that, I loved how the anime team included some scenes not in the original manga. That is, those scenes with Klaus and Tama disturbing Hayate from his sleeping. Very freaking funny stuff there. Even the young Klaus with his old head was hilarious even though it was predictable.
