You want your hot, sexy, psychotic, elf girl fix? Ophelia is more than happy to satisfy that fix but with the price being your life. ^__^

From what I know of all the writers who blog this show (the ones who I keep track of anyways) I think I’m one of the only ones that actually likes Raki. Well, I’ve liked his character since I started the manga waaaaaaaaay back but that’s beside the point I’m trying to make here. Raki was BADASS in this episode and yet some people just won’t give him the credit he deserves.

Anyways, Ophelia was just freaking off the chains awesome! They more than managed to portray her character perfectly in the anime, giving her a seiyuu that performed excellently. She sounded sweet, adorable, and yet psychotic when the time called for it (which was pretty much every time she spoke XD). Ophelia is such a cruel and yet lovable character (to some) who’s personality just doesn’t give way to others easily. I do have to wonder though, how the hell she could get her neck broken and still live…. I suppose if it were anyone else they probably would’ve died but Ophelia is running on more bloodlust, Yoki, and psycho-power so I guess that her neck being snapped is like a prick from a needle lol. I can’t wait for the next episode and to see Ophelia talk about her past (but that’s probably episode 14).

Also, I can’t complete this entry without talking about Clare and Raki. Like, whoa. That kiss they shared was made way hotter than I remembered it in the manga. Clare’s facial expression throughout the entire kiss reflected that of a woman in love…. I have absolutely no complaints about it though. I think it was handled better than the manga had initially did.

Lastly, the Raki-haters probably can’t stand this episode since it showed him in such an awesome light. Oh well, denial is a dangerous thing, I always say.
