[ Episode 11: My Life is Priceless ]

LOL hax grandpa.

While the episode isn’t as funny as last week’s, it was pretty decent. It continues on with manga continuity, having Hayate meet Nagi’s grandfather. I almost forgot about how much of a moron he can be. I found it interesting though that the pendant that Hayate received from him has been given a more prominent role as evidenced but its dark aura. I really wonder what the purpose of doing that is….

One of the moments I laughed hard was when the “Fake Foreigner” appeared out of no where and started to attack Hayate. Of course, he gets beaten like the idiot he is by one kick from Hayate. I always thought that Hayate should have taken the sword and own that guy to bits. The references this time around were pretty obscure compared to last week’s episode. So you’d have to be a really good fan to pick up on them. I managed to get Dragon Quest one with Zoma though.

Next week’s episode finally has Hayate and Ayumu meeting again. God that girl can eat…. Oh right, expect to see “Hayate” being dressed up in Nagi’s head as a wife. They sure love to imagine him in women’s clothing don’t they? lol
