When I first saw the preview of this episode I immediately thought “What the hell is this?” and then proceeded to laugh. Even DtB has to have it’s comedy but I was slightly concerned about how it would be pulled off. Those concerns weren’t need though after watching this episode because it was done flawlessly. There was nothing that didn’t fit into DtB but rather it was the telling of a side-story from the eyes of two people other than Hei/Li. The detective is golden and his assistant just plain hilarious. I wonder if we’ll see them after this arc is over?

Anyways, despite the well done comedy this episode still had quite a serious backstory behind it. The widow, Arisa, is pretty damn hot but there’s something strange about her. Though it might just be me and my overactive mind. I have to wonder about the last few minutes of the episode though. The pressing question for right now is what or rather who was that he saw at the end of the episode? I’m sure it was a skeleton…but exactly whose was it? Toshiko’s?
