Oh my god. This show is so freaking hilarious! After watching the first episode I just couldn’t resist typing up my thoughts on this little gem. I’ve read some of the manga but there are only a few chapters out as of this writing (as far as I know anyways). What I read was funny but seeing it animated adds another level of hilarity to the series.

I love the character designs to death, especially San’s. While they might not be the most detailed designs around they’re quite attractive in my opinion. They also add to the comedy of the show since the characters tweak their reactions and bodies depending on the situation.

Both of San’s and Nagasumi’s parents are an absolute laugh. Their outrageous reactions to even normal situations are just too damn funny. Especially San’s father, that guy is absolutely nuts!

It’s good that Nagasumi agreed to take San as his bride in my opinion because I really didn’t want to have to go through yet another series where the male lead is constantly hesitant to do anything until the very last episode. While that still does apply to some degree (they do have to get to know one another) I’ll enjoy their interactions as the series progresses. I’m looking forward to seeing them in a marriage that’s not merely symbolic but also reflects their feelings toward each other.

Oh! The OP and ED are very, very nice. I enjoyed listening to each of them (I just finished getting the OP single) and I found the ED theme particularly soothing. I can’t wait to watch more SetoHana!
