Behold the freakin’ Vizards! They were the best part of this episode aside from the beginning with the conflict between Grimmjow and Tousen (I never did like him even when he was a Captain). We got to see Gin too in this episode. Although I don’t like the bastard he does make me laugh purely because of his behavior.
Back to the Vizards, I can’t wait to see more of them. I totally love the voice they used for Lisa (the girl in the sailor fuku). The final minutes of the episode were really exciting, especially when Hiyori stepped in to fight Ichigo. My excitement only grew more when she pulled down her mask and everything went silent before she zipped over to Ichigo and the silence was broken by some odd but disturbing sound. The next few episodes are going to be really exciting and I can only hope that they bring up the animation quality yet again to do the upcoming scenes true justice.

im really concerned about the fluctuating quality levels. i would prefer that the quality of all the episodes to be average, rather than alternating between good and bad etc
Same here. They’re up one episode and really down in the next. I just hope it stays above average for the next few episodes. >_<

This like the first time we’ve seen them in the summer uniform after so long… makes me wonder how short every event was…
Anyone have any idea what song is played when hiyori is telling ichigo to turn into a hollow and everyone is telling her to calm down, i like the sound of that battle music
