Villetta forgot, at first, only what she did while under LL's control (she did get to look at him before for a little bit). The rest of her amnesia isn't Geass related, but rather the result of gunshot+rocks. Shirley doesn't seem to recall anything about LL/Zero, and is confused due to the letter, precisely.
