At times like these, it pays watching MOON PHASE from time to time. It’s taking me a lot to suppress my fanboy urges but I think I have enough strength in me to resist it for the 4-5 minutes it’ll take me to type this entry. As expected (I know I sure did) KyoAni will be in charge of this anime adaptation of CLANNAD. CLANNAD/Key fans should also be glad to know that the original seiyuu of the game will be reprising their roles for the TV series (listed below). The 30-second PV (see below) is already displaying KyoAni’s superb animation abilities and the music is what is expected from Key. Also, don’t forget to hit up the official site on March 20th as there will be more information revealed then!

I have it on my computer but I haven’t really played it yet due to my inability to read the majority Japanese text. >_< I do know about the characters and some of the relevant story plot points though.

My motivation to play has been restored due to this announcement though. So I’ll probably try to play through it starting in a day or two (with the help of guides hopefully). :3

I already played the game with Korean translation and I’ll say this: You’ll be missing out a lot not playing this game!

And as for the anime, it’s about time =D

KyoAni and Key must have some strange link with each other, it’s almost scary. I have a feeling this will be short though unless this well be continuing once Lucky Star starts.

After all these projects, hopefully that means we get something not from Key. No offense, but I think everyone knows what the real anime will be coming in the summer/fall.

On another note, I think it’s time for me to check out Mami’s works now. Haven’t listen to her for a while.

@beerman: Thanks for reminding me. I was in a real rush when I posted this entry. lol

@solgae: Agreed. That’s why I’m going to try and finish the game with the help of any guides I can find. Time to get up off my lazy behind lol.

@Youko: Yeah, a lot of people are wondering what this means for fall in terms of a certain Brigade leader. I guess we’ll have to wait until the 20th for information such as that.

Im not really sure but i think this is not an anime series is a anime movie so just 1 episode somehow i want the anime series too but thinkin that kyoani have more important things to do like TMoSH 2°season i just want that all other project come to an early end lol xD

This IS a TV series though. The movie is being done by Toei.
