Thoughts:

Loved the amount of Shirley in this episode as well as Milliy. There were quite a few new characters as well. I’m particularly interested in the girl that gave Zero the Guren Mk II. But that guy who stood on the roof at the school was odd. He seemed to be staring at someone in particular but just who reminds unseen. I must say it’s interesting that Jeremiah is listed as dead. Poor guy wasn’t even searched for properly (probably). It’s also interesting to see Kallen so devoted to Zero and her actions displayed in this episode basically sealed the deal on just how devoted she really is, that is defending him against ridicule from another member of the Order.

Also, the scene with Nina REALLY freaked me out. It was quite terrifying actually, seeing her dark figure move rapidly and then hearing rubbing sounds. It’s quite obvious that she was masturbating. It was quite puzzling that they added that scene in there for no apparent reason though. Anyways, moving along, I loved the way that Lelouch outsmarted the people at Kyoto. Even C.C. did her part. It’s also tragic that Shirley’s father was killed in the Narita conflict. But, I did like the LelouchxShirley moment at the end. I didn’t expect the kiss at all!
