Highschool of the Dead ch. 6 - Young Girls in the Bath

H-Holy crap. Awesome chapter this one is! Why you ask? It’s filled to the brim with fanservice galore! And for the record, it’s obvious that Shizuka (the nurse) and her friend Rika (from the previous chapter) are probably the hottest females in the entire manga thus far. Teenager-wise, Saeko is hands-down the most beautiful and most composed (even while only wearing an apron and panties while making dinner ^__^).

As usual, you can get Highschool of the Dead chapter 6 and via my link or over at XLG.

Trick 123 - Behold the Water Queen

This was a badass chapter. Om was totally dominating Benkei for most of the chapter and had the others in awe (I’m sure it was because of both her abilities and her ass). She also had a lot of good shots in this chapter, even the strange and scary ones were awesome. However the best thing in this chapter has to be her two-page spread which I have linked for your viewing pleasure. Other than the awesome content with Om and Benkei the only thing that really pissed me off in this chapter was Buccha (as always). He always seems to talk a lot of crap about who he respects and such. But honestly and frankly, who gives a shit? He just needs to learn how to shut up sometimes if you ask me.

On another note, I should be getting my normal PC back fully repaired either later tonight or Tuesday. Thus if all goes well my regular blogging schedule will resume this week!

Tokyo Majin Gakuen Kenpuchou Ep. 1

Series Information

ANN Encyclopedia | AniDB | AnimeNfo
Genres: Action, Fantasy, Shounen, School Life
東京魔人學園剣風帖 龖

Verdict: 9.7/10

Impressions:

Now this is what I call an anime. From the first episode alone it has already seduced its way into my top three favorites of the season. This thing has godly amounts of content. Awesome action scenes, outstanding animation quality (OVA level anyone?), and a cast of characters that doesn’t fail to impress. Suffice to say, the animation and production teams knew what they were doing when they decided to go full quality from the beginning. I just hope that the animation quality and everything else stays consistent through the entire series (I think it’s 26 episodes long? I’ll check later to be sure). Aside from those concerns I’m going to have to watch this one a few more times just because I can just to see those kickass action scenes again and to smile at all the characters introduced (rest assured I’ve already picked out my favorites which I will mention later).

Annoying Things and Delays

Kyon best portrays the way I feel right now.

So it seems my PC has up and died on me and with it my subbed and raw episodes, screenshots, mp3s and such. That means that there may be delays in my entries for the next week or so. I’m still missing some necessary tools so it also depends on if I’m able to get copies of those to use on my substitute PC or laptop.

As for what happened with my PC, the thing just refused to turn on after a power outage early Friday morning. Actually, before that incident occurred my computer was already in a state in which I couldn’t risk turning it off because it took abnormal amounts of time to get it to turn back on or even boot up. Now it doesn’t turn on at all and I suspect it’s the power source that has died, I think.

All in all, this sucks. Currently I can’t even watch anything but I’m trying to solve that problem as I type this. So during the upcoming week a few entries will most likely be late unless I get my PC fixed sooner than I expect it to be. Hopefully I’ll be able to update the current situation tomorrow and any other day I feel like it.

One Piece Ep. 293

Well, I’ve finally decided to blog One Piece! It’s a series I love dearly and the upcoming episodes are going to be a real treat for me and other One Piece fans. Anyway, it gives me great pleasure to be blogging it so let’s get it started!

Verdict: 9/10

Impressions:

Fanservice and One Piece. One Piece and fanservice. Usually those are two terms that are not used together, if rarely. Well, this episode is full to the brim with it. The Nami vs. Kalifa battle is the sexiest battle to ever occur in One Piece history. In one corner you’ve got a cute and alluring navigator and in the other a flawlessly sultry CP9 secretary. There’s bound to be multiple shots of breasts, legs, thighs, and other attractive body parts.

Bleach Ep. 111

Verdict: 8/10

Impressions:

Though it had some things I wasn’t quite expecting, this episode was still great nonetheless. It features scenes with the Mod Souls from the Bounto arc helping out Kon while he’s running away from Grand Fisher. Unlike most, I didn’t really have a problem with the scenes so I don’t have a reason to complain in that regard. However, the animation was very “ugh” in this episode. I don’t know what happened but the artists they used for this episode really loves to draw the characters with pointy chins. I hope the animation quality steps up soon before the really good stuff starts up. The Mod Souls should probably be gone by then since I really don’t see anything more for them to do in the future. They should be written out in a smooth way though (honestly, the only one I really liked was Ririn anyways). Also, do take a look at Danny’s post. He used some manga panels that were used in this week’s episode.

Om Has a Really Big Ass…

Chapter 122 was quite the interesting one. However, one or rather two things left a big impression on me (pun intended). The minor impression is Om’s mouth. She likes sweets a lot so one would expect that her teeth look horrible but from what I can tell they look perfectly fine. Well, with the exception of her fangs. And females with fangs are almost always seen as hot. I’m sure you can guess why with a little imagination….

The other, much larger, impression is that which is below Om’s waistline. Yes, I’m talking about her huge ass. So what if she doesn’t have a lot up top to match the bottom (like most girls in Air Gear)? She stands out as the girl with the biggest as in AG. Not to mention she’s as strong as hell. Anyways, I’m sure I can go on and on about Om’s most outstanding quality but enough of that. Here’s Om in all her glory showing off her huge asset.

Venus Versus Virus Ep. 1

Series Information

ANN Encyclopedia | AniDB | AnimeNfo
Genres: Adventure, Fantasy, Shoujo-ai (?)
OP: [Bravin’ Bad Brew] by Riryka >> Mirror 1 | Mirror 2
ED: [Shijun no Zankoku] by Yousei Teikoku >> Mirror 1 | Mirror 2
TBSアニメーション「ヴィーナス ヴァーサス ヴァイアラス」公式HP

Verdict: 9.5/10 (All hail Berserk Sumire)

Impressions:

Hot damn, the animated version of VVV has finally arrived. First thing I noticed was how they started it. It’s a lot different from the first chapter of the manga. Hell, none of what happened in this episode even occurred in the first chapter but I’m guessing it’s either from some later chapters or unique to the anime. Lucia and Sumire are pretty much the same from the impression I gathered at the beginning of the manga with the addition of one awesome thing…freaking berserk Sumire! Manga-wise, she appears in chapter two and she owned this episode all over. Simply put, she’s unbelievably hot. I think she’ll make whatever yuri material that surfaces in VVV in the future very interesting and engaging. ^^

CODE GEASS Lelouch of the Rebellion Ep. 13

My Verdict: 9/10

Impressions:

I’ll say it first and get it over with. The new OP fails but the new ED rocks. Otherwise, this was quite the interesting episode. I mean, Lelouch actually has feelings? Okay, I’m just kidding with that sentence. However, it was insightful to see him behaving in such a way after attending the funeral of Shirley’s father. And leave it up to C.C. (with CHEESE-KUN!) to rub it into his face about his emotions. Although I will admit she has a point about the taking of lives. However, I have to say that both Suzaku and Shirley really messed up Lelouch/Zero’s plans this episode. It was absolutely annoying.

Kyoushirou to Towa no Sora Ep. 2

Yuri and…implied S&M?

Verdict: 8/10

Impressions:

Now this is what I’m talking about. Random baths, naked Absolute Angels, more action, and the yuri! Can this show get any better that it already is after only two episodes? I sure hope it does. One of the things that I want to know about is Kuu. She’s quite an important character but as of yet nothing has been hinted at regarding what or who she is exactly. Some more new characters were introduced this episode but hardly any names were given. I do like the two new girls though. Well, Kaon specifically. She seems much more mature (in both body and mind) than Setsuna is as an Absolute Angel from what I’ve seen of her character so far. Another character introduced, Mika, is yet another type of woman I like to see in anime. She seems slightly psychotic and is definite of queen/onee-sama material. I tend to be a sucker for women like her in anime and so she’s got my interests peaked. Again, as for Kuu my early guess is that she’s an Absolute Angel. If not then she’s probably something else altogether.
