Kita ze Inbou! - キタぜ陰謀!

This is a very interesting series. It starts out highly unusual. Basically, we’re dropped into things without knowing what is going on and why. Not to mention we see the main characters being carried off to their homes and beds, unconscious at that. One of them doesn’t seem to make it however and is seemingly kidnapped. We found out that she supposedly committed suicide.

As the episode moves along strange things start happening to the other girls, Kate, Rose, Rachel, and Claire. Passing out and having memory lapses about the night before and the like. The news about Liz spreads and all of her friends are heartbroken, Kate especially (who then proceeds to breakout into a song…unexpected). Eventually by nightfall all of the girls are led to a part of sorts where they meet a woman who tells them they’re dead. The girls are then attacked by some odd man who seems to be a monster and the episode ends.

I’m intrigued already by the characters and the mysterious air surrounding them. They’re already dead and didn’t know it? Whoa, that’s heavy. And why were they attacked? How did they die? I’m definitely looking forward to seeing more of Red Garden and finding the answers.

Oh, and did I mention my favorite girl is Kate?
